Rotating day shifts, 9:30 AM 7:30 PM About the Role Join our Hospital Medicine team in Oxnard, CA as a Nurse Practitioner. This opportunity is designed for providers who value collaboration, professional development, and making a meaningful impact in the community. You ll be part of a supportive, well-established group working within a highly respected hospital environment. Responsibilities Provide inpatient care, including rounding and discharges Assist with admissions and cross-coverage Work in an open ICU (no procedures required for this role) Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and hospital staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care Qualifications Board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Acute Care or Family Medicine with hospitalist/inpatient experience Current California NP license or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical and collaborative skills; prior hospitalist experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
