This dynamic role offers the unique opportunity to manage diverse patient populations across three distinct medical environments: our busy outpatient clinic, our private, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), and collaborating local hospitals. No prior vascular experience is required. We are fully committed to teaching and mentoring the right candidate. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for surgical specialties, and a desire to learn complex, cutting-edge medicine, we will train you in every aspect of the role—including specialized laser and cosmetic vein procedures.
Job Description:
Clinical Vascular Care:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new and established clinic patients presenting with complex vascular issues (such as PAD, AAA, and venous insufficiency, Dialysis). •
Hospital Rounding & Consults:
Travel to local hospitals to manage our inpatient vascular census, evaluate new consults, and coordinate seamless patient care. •
Laser & Cosmetic Procedures:
Gain hands-on training and perform aesthetic treatments, including cosmetic laser therapies and vein procedures. •
Surgical ASC Support:
Assist in pre-operative clearances, procedural first-assisting, and post-operative recovery within our practice-owned surgery center. •
Weekday On-Call:
Participate in a shared call rotation, covering 1 to 2 weeknights per week with 24/7 surgeon backup always available.
What we are looking for:
Education & Licensure:
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with an active California license and board certification. •
Mindset:
A desire to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong appetite for learning, and exceptional communication skills. •
Background:
No prior vascular experience is required. Strong foundational training from clinical rotations is highly valued. New graduates are welcome to apply!
Pay:
$115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
