4-day work week with flexibility Established practice serving the community since 1976 2 Physicians and 1 NP on staff along with RNs and MAs to assist No Call! Collaborative environment with open door policy from leadership Open to providers commuting in for shifts

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary up to $180,000 Incentive plan with No Cap Expected annual compensation of $200k+ Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus Eligible for federal and state student loan repayment with HPSA score of 20 4 weeks of PTO, not including paid holidays!
