You will play a key role in improving patient outcomes through expert wound management and comprehensive care. In this position, you will apply advanced clinical skills to assess, treat, and educate patients with complex wounds, promoting optimal healing and enhanced quality of life. This role offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your expertise directly contributes to patient recovery while fostering a culture of innovation, compassion, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed wound evaluations using advanced clinical techniques. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including wound debridement, dressing changes, and advanced therapies. Accurately document patient encounters using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Independently manage a high-volume schedule while ensuring exceptional quality of care. Leverage strong communication skills and cultural awareness to effectively serve a diverse, bilingual patient population. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of patient care. Support clinic growth by fostering patient satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Willingness to work on-site in Rowland Heights.
Qualifications:
Bilingual:
Fluency in Mandarin and English required.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
Education & Certification:
Active California Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and national certification required.
Interpersonal Skills:
Demonstrated ability to build trust, develop long-term patientrelationships, and support patient retention.
Work Ethic:
Proven reliability, flexibility, and commitment to exceeding expectations for both patients and team members.
Clinical Excellence:
Strong clinical judgment, time management skills, and dedication to delivering high-quality patient care.
Schedule:
Must be available to provide coverage on Mondays from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. There is a potential opportunity for the schedule to increase to two days per week, based on clinic needs. If expanded, the anticipated second day will be Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
