WHERE WE ARE LOCATED

• Current Openings in our Hillcrest facility.

COMPENSATION

• Hourly pay rate determined on per-case basis.

PLUS, bonus and commission supplemental pay.

SCHEDULE

• We are seeking part time NP with some level of flexibility to give us a reasonable set schedule
• ideally 2+ days per week. (We are flexible but we cannot do 1 four hour shift per week, for example.)

• Responsibilities and Duties
• This Dual Role Consists of Providing Procedures AND Assisting with Clinical Operations. Which can be categorized in the following 3 groups below: 1. Device-based Treatments
• Provide / Administer RF Micro-needling and (occassional)Fat Reduction Non-invasive Procedure to several patients per day
• Document and Capture Before and After Pictures
• Conduct patient follow up evaluations to track progress
• Ensure Patient Satisfaction and Patient Retention rates are as high as possible
• Professionally communicate with patient complaint cases to preserve company integrity / prevent negative relationships etc.
• Reports to clinic leadership / Owner 2. General Ops
• Charge patients for programs / treatments at checkout (ONLY

IF NEEDED

)

• Schedule patient treatments / procedures / follow ups
• Ensures patient treatment plan compliance via email, text and phone communications WHAT IT TAKES...
