Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive primary care, perform medical assessments, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to outstanding patient service and clinical excellence. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews. Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans in accordance with collaborative practice agreements. Perform advanced procedures such as suturing, IV infusion, and sterile technique when necessary. Manage acute and chronic conditions across diverse populations. Utilize EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation and records management. Provide health coaching, patient education, and follow-up care to promote wellness. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across specialties to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Valid Family Nurse Practitioner license with current certification to prescribe medications under DEA regulations. Proven experience working in primary care settings with proficiency in medical office procedures and EMR systems. Strong clinical skills including physical examinations, diagnostic evaluation, and medication administration. Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with
ICD-10/ICD-9
coding for accurate documentation. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and healthcare diagnosis processes. Ability to perform advanced procedures such as suturing, dermal fillers or peptides. At least 2 years of critical care experience or hospital-based practice including ICU or emergency medicine is required.
