Full-time or part-time | Monday-Friday | In person Sanchez Medical Center is actively interviewing an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) for our established outpatient primary care practice in South Gate. We are a family-owned medical practice that has served the community for more than 40 years. Our providers work with experienced clinical staff and dedicated scribe support, allowing them to focus more on patient care and less on documentation. Why Join Sanchez Medical Center $80-$95 per hour, based on relevant experience Dedicated scribe support Supportive onboarding and transition into the patient panel Established practice with a stable patient population Medical, dental and vision insurance for eligible employees 401(k) with employer matching Paid vacation and sick time Paid holidays Quarterly and year-end bonus opportunities Malpractice insurance with tail coverage DEA and professional license renewal reimbursement Team-oriented, supportive work environment Position Responsibilities Provide outpatient primary care to pediatric, adult and geriatric patients Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care, annual examinations and routine follow-up visits Review laboratory and diagnostic results Educate patients regarding treatment plans and preventive health Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff and support personnel Maintain accurate and timely documentation with scribe support Required Qualifications Active California Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license At least one year of outpatient primary care, family medicine or comparable experience Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan, including children age 1 and older Able to communicate directly with patients in Spanish during routine medical visits; strong medical Spanish Able to work in person at our South Gate office Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of family medicine or outpatient primary care experience Experience serving a Spanish-speaking patient population Experience with eClinicalWorks or a similar electronic medical record system Experience managing preventive care and common chronic conditions Full-time is preferred, but a consistent part-time schedule may be considered. Compensation within the posted range is based on applicable primary care experience, Spanish communication skills and overall clinical qualifications.
