Job Description
Clinic Director (NP or PA) | 3 Days per Week Gameday Men's Health Northbay is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established clinics as a Clinic Director. Compensation is $90 per hour, with competitive bonus opportunities. Gameday is the leading men's health network nationwide, and our Northbay clinics are locally owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team. Our patients are excited to be here and genuinely motivated to optimize their wellness, feel better, and improve their quality of life. It's rewarding to work with patients who are actively invested in their health. You'll practice in a concierge, cash-pay functional medicine setting with consistent scheduling, unhurried patient visits, and the opportunity to serve as a true clinical leader within the practice. Schedule 3 days per week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No weekends or holidays About the Role As Clinic Director, you'll provide direct patient care while supporting clinical standards, continuity of care, and an exceptional patient experience. You'll work with an established patient base, providing consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing care in hormone optimization, performance medicine, weight management, and sexual health. Our clinics offer advanced treatments, including hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, PRP, and shockwave therapy. Because our practices operate as cash-pay, concierge medical clinics, providers have the time and flexibility to educate patients and recommend thoughtful, individualized treatment plans. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and the care team, with the potential to take on additional clinical leadership responsibilities over time.
