Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner Advanced Practice Nurse (APN/APRN) specializing in Wellness Care to join our innovative healthcare team. You will sit with clients one-to-one, uncover what their bodies have been asking for, and build care around it: IV nutrient therapy, peptide protocols, and hormone replacement therapy. Responsibilities Meet with clients for IV nutrient therapy — assess goals, build customized drip plans, and oversee safe administration. Design and manage peptide protocols for metabolic balance, recovery, body composition, and healthy aging. Lead hormone replacement therapy — evaluation, lab review, prescribing, and ongoing titration for both men and women. Educate clients so they understand their own bodies — the heart of what we call health autonomy. Collaborate with a close-knit clinical team and help shape an evolving, growing practice. Who We're Looking For Licensed Nurse Practitioner with an active Colorado APRN license and prescriptive authority — or the ability to obtain both. Genuinely excited about holistic, integrative, and functional medicine — not just willing to tolerate it. Curious, coachable, and eager to master IV, peptide, and HRT protocols. Warm and clear with people; precise and thoughtful with charts.

Proven experience working in diverse clinical settings such as primary care, integrative medicine clinics, or outpatient environments. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology Experience administering injections and starting IVs Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments involving vital signs measurement, intake evaluation, and physical examinations. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on empathetic listening and education tailored to individual needs.
