- What You'll Be Doing
- As an Aerospace Assembler, you will help build and inspect precision components used in the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities include:
+ Assembling small aerospace and aircraft components
+ Using hand and power tools to fit and secure parts
+ Following assembly instructions and work orders
+ Performing quality inspections and product testing
+ Completing production and quality documentation
+ Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
+ Working as part of a team to meet production goals
- Qualifications
- We're looking for motivated individuals with: + Mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred + Ability to use hand and power tools safely + Basic computer skills + Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or construction experience + Strong attention to detail and quality + Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic + Willingness to learn and take on new challenges •Preferred but not required:•+ Blueprint or schematic reading experience + Experience with testing equipment or automated testing processes •Build a Long-Term Career•This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a company that values employee development and internal advancement.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.
00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
