Minimum 2 Years Required About the Role We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Grand Junction, Colorado . This position supports the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) by providing comprehensive primary care services to seniors in a clinic setting, with occasional in-home visits. The ideal candidate will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with complex medical needs. Requirements Current and unrestricted Colorado Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) and RXN licenses required. National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) , Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) , or other appropriate population focus preferred. Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain a controlled substance license required. Current CPR/BLS certification required. Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of automobile insurance required.
