2996661469-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Hartford Healthcare seeks a Urogynecology Advanced Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary pelvic health team. In this role, you will evaluate and manage women with pelvic floor disorders, perform exams and in-office procedures, coordinate pre- and post-operative care, and collaborate closely with urogynecology surgeons and specialists. You will use evidence-based protocols, advanced EMR tools, and cutting-edge technology while educating patients and families. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urogynecology evaluation and management for female pelvic floor disorders Perform exams, diagnostic testing, and in-office procedures under physician collaboration Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including medical and non-surgical options Manage pre- and post-operative care and conduct follow-up visits Educate patients on conditions, treatment options, and preventive care Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members Document assessments, plans, and outcomes accurately in the EMRParticipate in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and best-practice initiatives Precept or mentor staff and students as appropriate Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and infection-control standards Required Skills Urogynecology clinical assessment Pelvic floor disorder management Women's health examination Pre- and post-operative management In-office gynecologic procedures Interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging Electronic medical record documentation Patient and family education Care coordination and team collaboration Evidence-based clinical decision-making
