Coverage is sought for a qualified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to support clinical operations on an ongoing basis. About the Facility Location Located in a peaceful New England community, this area of Connecticut offers a quieter setting with convenient access to restaurants, shopping, outdoor recreation, and nearby metropolitan areas. Connecticut features a range of regional attractions, including state parks, coastal destinations, and cultural venues suited to diverse interests. Clinicians on assignment will find accessible year-round activities throughout the state. About the Clinicians Workday Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services on a day shift schedule, totaling 40 hours per week, at an on-site behavioral health facility in Connecticut. The caseload is divided approximately evenly between adult patients and child/adolescent patients, with clinicians seeing 10-12 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and providing medication management across all age groups. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
