We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team in Bradenton, FL. This is a confidential opportunity with an established outpatient healthcare practice offering a combination of primary care and medical spa services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical protocols, excellent communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The Nurse Practitioner will play a critical role in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and education, while providing compassionate, high-quality care in a professional outpatient environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations. Assess, diagnose, and develop appropriate treatment plans for patients. Provide ongoing patient care, follow-up, and education. Order and interpret appropriate laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and other clinical evaluations as permitted by Florida law and practice protocols. Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of licensure and applicable regulations. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records. Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices. Provide a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered experience. Follow established clinical protocols, safety standards, and applicable state and federal regulations. Participate in both primary care and appropriate medical spa services based on training, experience, and practice needs. Maintain professional standards and stay current with applicable clinical practices and guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Florida. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner through an applicable recognized certifying body. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with physicians and healthcare staff. Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and quality care. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable healthcare regulations.
