Join a growing team dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Clearwater, Florida. We're looking for motivated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults and thrive in a collaborative, team-based setting.
Locations:
Clearwater, with additional opportunities in Gainesville, Lake Placid, and Orlando, FL. What you'll do Work full time with flexible scheduling and six-hour facility shifts (rounds generally start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.). Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop and prescribe treatment plans. Benefit from no call or overnight responsibilities. Use a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation. Access UpToDate® for current clinical guidance at the point of care. Compensation and benefits Competitive base pay with an uncapped productivity-based model that allows you to exceed industry standards. Up to $50,000 in long-term retention incentives and a performance bonus program. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for eligible candidates. CME allowance, licensure reimbursement, a company-provided iPad with LTE, and a lab coat. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA). Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred.
