About us Anchor Injury and Integrative Health is a small business in New Smyrna Beach, FL. We are agile and our goal is to grow from a Chiropractic Clinic into a Multidisciplinary Clinic to provide the community with complementary medicine in the form of trigger point injections, vitamin IV, hormone replacement, weight loss, regenerative medicine, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide primary care services, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses
  • Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
  • Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Must be motivated to build this practice from the ground up, setting polices and procedures, developing macros for electronic health records, developing intake paperwork and necessary consent forms, etc.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Proficiency in utilization review processes and procedures
  • Competency in performing vital signs assessments and interpreting results
  • Familiarity with sterile processing techniques for infection control
Qualifications:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in FL
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Care/Emergency Medicine
  • Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
