Competitive, based on experience and availability Tiltan Aesthetics is seeking a skilled and professional Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our growing aesthetics team in Ocala, Florida. We are looking for a practitioner with experience in aesthetic treatments, particularly microneedling, who is passionate about skin rejuvenation, patient care, and delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-end aesthetics environment. Key Responsibilities Perform professional microneedling treatments and other aesthetic procedures within the practitioner's authorized scope of practice. Conduct patient consultations, skin assessments, and treatment planning. Determine patient eligibility and identify contraindications. Provide patient education, informed consent, and pre- and post-treatment instructions. Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records. Follow infection-control, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols. Manage potential complications and provide appropriate follow-up care. Collaborate with the spa's medical director and aesthetic treatment team. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Florida APRN license. Experience performing microneedling and aesthetic skin treatments preferred. Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, wound healing, and aesthetic treatment protocols. Excellent communication and patient-care skills. Ability to work independently within applicable Florida practice requirements.
