In addition to providing comprehensive medication management, our innovative practice also offers transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy for medication-resistant depression. Cell phone bills covered up to $50/month Laptop provided Key Responsibilities Assess and diagnose patient mental health conditions and illnesses Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for assigned patients Monitor common issues and refer patients to specialized medical treatment if required Educate patients and their families about their diagnosis and related mental health concerns Perform required and appropriate procedures as necessary Maintain organized and thorough patient records Issue prescriptions to pharmacies and administer medication Review labs and adjust medication if required Inform Chief Medical Officer about any problems or discrepancies as they arise Develop a good rapport with patients, centered on trust and compassion Comply strictly with medical care regulations and safety standards Collaborate effectively with the Chief Medical Officer and other team members in the practice
Key Skills and Competencies:
Experience with patient review and case management Thorough knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatments Ability to manage challenging behaviors and situations Crisis management and resolution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
