The Position Our client is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their primary care team. This provider will care for patients across the lifespan, managing a mix of acute and chronic conditions in a fast-paced clinical environment. The practice has an urgent-care-like feel , with a steady patient flow and a variety of acute and primary care needs, while still allowing providers to build ongoing relationships with their patients. This is an excellent opportunity for an APRN who enjoys a busy clinical setting, values patient-centered care, and wants to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community. Requirements Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Active Florida APRN License Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Certification Required Active DEA License or Ability to Obtain BLS Certification Primary Care Experience Preferred Experience Managing Acute and Chronic Conditions Preferred Strong Clinical Judgment and Communication Skills New Graduates with Relevant Clinical Experience Encouraged to Apply Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory studies Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and provide appropriate medication management Manage conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, infections, and other common medical concerns Provide preventive care, health screenings, and patient education Educate patients and families on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle practices Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and continuity of treatment Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development Please Apply Or Send an Updated Resume to Justin@theipgteam.com
