III NICU
setting Manage an average daily census of around 19 critically ill neonates Provide coverage for approximately 2,700 annual deliveries Perform neonatal rounding and manage patient care plans Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations Perform neonatal procedures based on competency Collaborate closely with neonatologists and NICU staff Utilize full pediatric and neonatal subspecialty resources to deliver evidence-based care Contribute to a team-based, patient-focused environment Support educational initiatives, including medical student rotations What You Need Valid Florida RN and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner licenses Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, autonomous decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment About the
