setting Manage an average daily census of around 19 critically ill neonates Provide coverage for approximately 2,700 annual deliveries Perform neonatal rounding and manage patient care plans Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations Perform neonatal procedures based on competency Collaborate closely with neonatologists and NICU staff Utilize full pediatric and neonatal subspecialty resources to deliver evidence-based care Contribute to a team-based, patient-focused environment Support educational initiatives, including medical student rotations What You Need Valid Florida RN and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner licenses Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, autonomous decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment About theAssignment :
