Job Description
AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Part- Time Advanced Practice Providers to join our team-based primary care model. This opportunity is designed for providers who value whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment that supports both high-quality care and work life balance. In this role, you will work closely with other Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.
Anticipated Schedule:
40 hours. Week 1: Thursday 9a-8p, Saturday 8a-5p Week 2: Sunday 8a-5p, Thursday 9a-8p Why Join AdventHealth Primary Care+?- Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives
