Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments, utilizing your physiology knowledge and diagnostic evaluation skills. Prescribe medications in accordance with DEA regulations . Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical documentation, & medical records management,. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to develop comprehensive care plans for diverse populations including pediatrics. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner licensure with valid certification; experience working within collaborative practice agreements preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Athenahealth; experience managing electronic health records (EHR) systems is essential. Knowledge of CPT coding (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards for accurate documentation and billing practices. Experience working with pediatrics patients 0-18 years. Excellent client communication skills coupled with a strong understanding of healthcare diagnosis processes and physiology knowledge to inform treatment strategies effectively.
