Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications Must hold a valid Georgia license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently and make sound medical decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate effectively with the team. Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including rotating weekends.
