Role:

PRN Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in critical care.

Responsibilities:

Manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU environment, collaborate with experienced intensivists and advanced practice providers, participate in program development, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary care teams, utilizing the Epic EMR platform.

Qualifications & Skills:

Certification as an ACNP or PA, ability to work independently in a fast-paced ICU setting, strong collaboration skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Duties:

Provide high-quality critical care, contribute to the establishment of a new ICU service line, and support the growth of healthcare services in a state-of-the-art hospital facility.
