We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join team. This position is ideal for a provider who is passionate about whole‑person care and eager to grow within the functional medicine space Duties You have a duty to act, care, and advocate for your clients and this clinic, by taking accurate history and assessments Maintaining EMR entries as a legal document and maintaining HIPPA compliance Perform, recommend and interpret diagnostics in the clients best interest Research, collaborate, and remain coachable to ensure accuracy and best practice Be honest in your representation and business practices Provide Specialty care based on training/ experience maintain a safe scope of practice and stay in communication with supervising physician. Skills Administer and prescribe medication, injections Hormone pellet placement Hormone management Joint injections including PRP, stem cells, etc Neural therapy IV orders Accurately interpreting and managing specialty tests and recommendations Lifestyle recommendations Tenacity and curiosity Strong work ethic and frequent collaboration If you are a dedicated provider with a passion for integrative care, we would love to hear from you.
