Job Description
This is NOT a driving-only position. Driving our trucks is an important part of the job, but when the truck arrives at the job site, you are part of the tree crew. We need someone who is willing to get out of the truck and work alongside the crew throughout the day. What You'll Do Safely drive company trucks to and from job sites Operate dump trucks, flatbeds and roll-off trucks as needed Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Work alongside the tree crew at job sites Operate or assist with equipment such as chippers and mini skid steers Gather and move limbs, brush and other debris Feed brush and debris into the chipper Rake, sweep and help with general job-site cleanup Load and unload equipment and materials Follow company and job-site safety procedures What We're Looking For Valid CDL / appropriate license for company vehicles Experience driving manual transmission trucks Comfortable operating medium-sized dump trucks Able and willing to perform physical outdoor work Dependable and safety-conscious Willing to work as part of the crew and help wherever needed Why Choose Tomahawk Tree Service?
