Below are a few requirements for the position: Full Time availability Shift schedule rotates weekly; 36 hours 1 week; 40 hours the next week; working every other weekend

Hours of Operation:

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, and Sunday 1:00 PM-5:00 PM Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Must have DEA, CSA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS Active Iowa license Mandatory Reporter training for both Child and Adult Needs experience in primary care and urgent care or ER setting DOT physical certification strongly preferred Will need background check and drug screen at hire Strongly prefer someone local Submit your resume to us today for consideration of the
