BRC was a part of a pilot program with the State of Idaho Division of Behavior Health in creating a Long-Term Outpatient Residential Treatment Program for Severe and Persistant Mentally Ill (SPMI) clients. The residents attend treatment groups and classes and all of their other clinical services from our Mental Health Agency that oversees the homes. You can work the days and times that work best for you ranging between 5-15 hours per week, but we are willing to pay more for working Mondays or Wednesdays during business hours. Needs to be self-motivated and be able to work independently and must have reliable transportation to get to and from the houses and agency for appointments. Duties will include scheduled appointments for medication reviews, assessments, crisis, injections. Our ideal candidate already works at a psychiatric hospital and wants to help us oversee and transition clients from hospitals into our residential treatment program and eventually on their own.
