32 Hours/Week | Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday (TBD)
Compensation:
$80-$85 per hour (1099) Position Overview We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a family practice setting in Anna, Illinois . This role focuses on providing primary care services to adult patients , including individuals with developmental disorders . Prior experience working with patients with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required . The position offers a predictable weekday schedule , collaborative clinical environment, and the opportunity to support a patient population with ongoing healthcare needs. Key Responsibilities Provide primary care services , including patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Conduct routine physical examinations and health evaluations . Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions . Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatment. Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies . Provide preventive care and health education to patients and caregivers. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with medical and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Provide care to patients with developmental disorders , supporting their ongoing medical needs. Qualifications Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification required Active RN license Controlled Substance License (CSL) required Experience in family practice or primary care preferred Experience working with patients with developmental disabilities is a plus but not required Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Additional Information Contract Duration:
12 months with potential extension
Schedule:
32 hours per week (weekday schedule)
