Refresh Bar is looking for a confident, motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a minimum of 2 years experience in an adult setting to join our growing team and play an important role in the expansion of our functional health and wellness services. We are looking for someone who is clinically knowledgeable, organized, personable, and genuinely interested in helping patients achieve better health and wellness outcomes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, eager to learn, and excited to grow alongside a small, rapidly growing business. Responsibilities Collaborate on functional health cases and patient care plans Oversee and manage patients throughout their wellness journey Conduct initial and follow-up consultations Review patient history, labs, symptoms, and treatment progress Monitor patient response to treatments and make appropriate adjustments Provide education and guidance related to functional health and wellness Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care Maintain organized and accurate patient records Utilize Google Sheets and other digital tools to track patient information, follow-ups, and clinical workflows Communicate effectively with patients and team members Stay current on relevant functional health, wellness, and evidence-based treatment approaches Participate in the development and growth of Refresh Bar's functional health offerings Contribute to a positive, professional, team-oriented environment

Qualifications Required:

Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Illinois Minimum 2 years of experience as an NP or PA in an adult patient setting Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Highly organized and comfortable using technology and digital systems Confident interacting with patients and discussing treatment recommendations Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing business environment Preferred /

Pay:

From $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have practicing as an NP/PA with adult patients?
