Overview Sacred Heart Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our dedicated neonatal care team in Danville, Illinois. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced NNP or a new graduate with neonatal experience to provide advanced clinical care for newborns while working collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. As a valued member of our neonatal team, you will play a critical role in delivering evidence-based care to neonates across a variety of clinical settings while supporting our mission of serving patients and families with excellence, compassion, and respect. Job Specifics Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of neonatal patients. Perform neonatal procedures within the scope of practice and organizational guidelines. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians and healthcare team members. Participate in neonatal resuscitations, stabilization, and ongoing management of critically ill newborns. Communicate effectively with families regarding treatment plans and patient progress. Document patient encounters accurately and timely within the electronic medical record. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement. Current Illinois RN and APRN licensure (or ability to obtain).National certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC).Current DEA license or eligibility to obtain.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
