Licensures/Certificates:
NP Medical License in the appropriate state that you will be working in Board Certification (such as ANCC, PNCB, etc) DEA CertificateNPI ACLS/BLS
Certificate Accredited School Degree Infection Control Certificate Nurse Practitioner Job Duties:
Provide primary and preventive care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. Document patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately in medical records. Assess and manage acute changes in patient conditions promptly. Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, per state laws. Order and follow up on labs, diagnostics, and treatments. Manage patient visits via EMR, dashboards, and telehealth when needed. Submit daily billing with proper CPT and ICD-10 codes. Collaborate with facility staff and PCPs on patient care and updates. Complete documentation and tasks on time per company/facility protocols.Job Type :
