Legends Wound Care brings expert wound care to homebound patients who cannot get to a wound clinic. We are hiring an experienced Wound Care APRN or PA-C for the West Side and western suburbs. Part-time, 1099, mobile. You pick your own days and your own area, so this works alongside a current position. Serving the West Side including Austin, Humboldt Park and Garfield Park, plus Oak Park, Berwyn, Cicero, Maywood and Bellwood. Why We Ask for Experience A patient whose wound has not closed in months does not have time for someone to learn on them. We look for providers who already know this work, not to keep anyone out, but because of what we are walking into. We would rather leave an area unstaffed than send someone who is not ready. What You'll Do

• See homebound patients in their own homes, on the days you choose
• Assess wounds and build the treatment plan
• Debridement, compression therapy and advanced wound treatments
• Track healing and adjust the plan as you go
• Document each visit in our EMR (Wound Expert) within 48 hours What You Need
• Active, unrestricted Illinois NP/APRN or PA-C license
• Real hands-on experience with advanced wound care and wound treatments
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• You do your own charting
• You show up on the days you commit to. You pick them. Compensation 1099 and per visit, so your income grows with the days and patients you take on. No minimums and no required availability. What We Offer
