Job Description

Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Orthopedic Hand Practice in Lafayette, IN at Arnett Hospital Medical Office building.
Position Details:
36 hours/week 100% Outpatient Working directly with 1 physician
Patient Population:
Patients that need to be seen for hand problems such as trigger finger, carpel tunnel etc.

Injections Job Description:
The Hand APP will provide outpatient evaluation and treatment for patients with hand, wrist, and upper extremity conditions Completing history and physical exams, reviewing imaging, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, performing injections, providing splinting and wound care, managing postoperative follow-ups, educating patients, coordinating referrals and therapy, documenting care Collaborating closely with the hand surgeon and clinical team to support efficient patient flow and high-quality care
Qualifications:
Master's Degree Required ACNP or AGNP The ideal candidate will have strong background in orthopedics, hand surgery, or another procedural outpatient specialty. Experience evaluating and treating common hand and upper-extremity conditions- such as carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, fractures, and postoperative patients preferred Must be comfortable with injections, splinting, wound care, reviewing imaging, developing treatment plans, and providing patient education New graduates with relevant orthopedic rotations and a strong interest in hand care may also be considered.
