2615 We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team at IU Health Jay Primary Care and IU Health Jay Family Practice ! This position will be split between two clinics located across the parking lot on the same campus.Details :
Full-time, Day Shift 4-10hr days; 36 patient facing hours per week No weekends, no call 100%Outpatient Patient Population:
All ages; rural community; acute and chronic care conditions Expected patient volume in office: 50-60/wk Join a team of 4 Physicians, 7 APPs and 34 Support Staff Procedures include simple/small office procedures including but not limited to lacerations, I&D, wart and lesion removal, and wedge resections.Qualifications:
