Position Details:

Full time 40 or 36 hours per week Clinics open 7 days per week 8:00am - 8:00pm Weekend rotations Primary role is: Providing care to patients at one of our Convenient Care locations.

Essential Job Duties:

Completes the routine physical assessment using common assessment skills in a systematic manner. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and healthcare needs. Records physical findings, formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition. Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician. Respects patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care. Assists with patient education to promote self-care and patient independence. Follows company policies and procedures and department protocols.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience preferred, ideally in primary care or ER setting Graduate from an accredited MSN or PA program Must have Indiana RN license. Must have active APRN or PA/CSR license AANP, ANCC or PA certification

License/Certification:
