Qualifications include a postgraduate degree, appropriate licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications. No prior experience is required. Key skills encompass organizational, verbal, interpersonal, customer relations, analytical, and computer proficiency, especially with medical record charting and Excel. Candidates should manage stress well, make decisions under pressure, and handle multiple priorities in diverse settings. Working conditions may involve exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases.
