Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Primary Care South Louisiana Primary Care is seeking a full-time/part-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team at our Baker, Louisiana location. We are looking for a provider who is interested in providing comprehensive primary care in a supportive, flexible environment. Our practice provides acute and chronic care, wellness visits, preventive care, and management of a wide range of medical conditions. We serve patients of most ages, excluding infants, and do not provide pediatric wellness visits.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30
