Opportunity Description As an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) at knownwell, you will work alongside a team of committed physicians, APC, registered dietitians, registered nurses, and registered pharmacists, to provide comprehensive medical care, with a specific focus on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of obesity and obesity related conditions as appropriate in a primary care setting.
