Nurse Practitioner- Women's Health University of Maryland Shore Regional Health (UMMS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Easton, Maryland. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with no call requirements, perfect for those passionate about women's health and seeking work-life balance within a mission-driven, community-focused environment.

Women's Health experience preferred. Certified Nurse Midwives are encouraged to apply to practice within an office-based care modelOutpatient-based full-scope women's health role with responsibilities that include:
  • Performing annual well-woman exams and routine screenings
  • Managing contraceptive counseling and care
  • Addressing common gynecologic concerns
  • Providing patient education and preventive care
  • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in Epic EMR

Qualifications:
  • Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program required
  • Certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) preferred; FNPs with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience in women's health or primary care is preferred
  • New graduates with a strong passion for women's health and patient advocacy will be considered
  • Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required.
  • Current state licensure as a ed Nurse required.
  • Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care is required.
  • Experience preferred, not required.
  • DEA and CDS eligible.
  • Preferred experience in midwifery

Compensation:
    Pay Range:
    $113,193 - $169,811 annual salary (Compensation is determined based on years of experience as an advanced practice provider).
    • Overtime is earned for any work performed beyond 40 hours.
