Inspired by the traditions of Italian cuisine and wine culture, The Wardroom delivers a refined yet approachable dining experience centered on handcrafted food, genuine hospitality, and thoughtfully curated wines. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career or developing sommelier to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic wine program while working alongside a passionate culinary and service team. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through confident wine recommendations, tableside service, and a commitment to hospitality excellence. Role Highlights Tableside wine service as an integral part of the guest experience Extensive exposure to Italian wines alongside a thoughtfully curated international selection Direct mentorship and ongoing wine education from Bluepoint Hospitality's leadership team Hands-on involvement in cellar organization, inventory management, wine receiving, and wine list maintenance Opportunities to participate in staff training, wine dinners, special events, and producer tastings Ideal Candidate Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred Strong service instincts and a genuine passion for hospitality Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about wine, food pairings, and Italian culinary traditions Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor CMS, WSET, or other wine studies encouraged but not required Position Details Full-Time Hourly Position plus Tips Medical benefits available Growth-oriented role with meaningful mentorship and professional development opportunities Advancement potential within Bluepoint Hospitality's expanding restaurant and wine programs If you are passionate about hospitality, eager to deepen your wine knowledge, and committed to creating exceptional guest experiences, we invite you to apply.
