Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards in all aspects of wound care. Experience Proven experience as a registered nurse with specialized training or certification in wound care is preferred. Strong understanding of wound assessment tools, dressing selection, and advanced wound management techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective parent and patient interactions.
