Work closely with providers in a collaborative team approach to patient care.

Total compensation packages may include, based on eligibility, recruitment payments, relocation assistance, shift differentials, productivity-based incentives, quality incentives and other premiums. The pay range for this position is $115,566 to $149,556 annually based on the candidate's level of experience. Should the successful candidate choose to work a 0.75 FTE schedule, compensation will be prorated based on the approved FTE . Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree and successful completion of accredited physician associate program or BSN (MSN preferred) and successful completion of accredited nurse practitioner program.
License/Certifications:
Current Physician Associate license issued by the states of Maine and New Hampshire (or eligible for licensure) and NCCPA certification or current Nursing License issued by the states of Maine and New Hampshire (or eligible for licensure). Current BLS. Two years of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate/Assistant experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated competency in providing comprehensive healthcare, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements. Demonstrated proficient use of electronic medical record. Excellent verbal communication and proficient writing skills. Strong computer skills. Is HIPAA compliant. Demonstrated Integration of theoretical knowledge base and clinical expertise in decision making.
