About Us Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services including wellness visits, chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive medicine Diagnose and treat common medical conditions Order and interpret diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with Maine regulations Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and specialists to coordinate care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Qualifications Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner program Board Certified as FNP, AGNP, or related specialty Active or eligible Maine Board of Nursing licensure DEA certification or eligibility Prior primary care experience preferred Strong communication and patient engagement skills #LI-TA1 Pay Transparency Bridgton Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $125,000 to $144,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
