Location:
Waterville, Maine Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adults Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Create and implement evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team Use virtual care tools and other technologies to enhance access and continuity Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness Compensation & benefits
Salary:
$135,000-$290,000 Sign-on bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid short-term disability Optional pet insurance 401(k) with employer match after one year Additional benefits based on eligibility Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Outpatient primary care experience preferred Active, unrestricted DEA license required and must be maintained Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (approved in-person or blended course only; CPR/ACLS/online-only certifications not accepted) Community Waterville offers four-season outdoor recreation, local arts and culture, and convenient access to Maine's lakes, mountains, and coastline.
