We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about personalized, high-quality primary care in Waterville, Maine. Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$135,000-$290,000 Sign-on bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid short-term disability Optional pet insurance 401(k) with employer match after one year of service Additional benefits available based on eligibility Qualifications Master's degree required Current certification as an NP or PA Appropriate state licensure and clinical credentials Active, unrestricted DEA license that must be maintained throughout employment Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR, ACLS, and online-only BLS courses are not accepted This is an opportunity to practice primary care differently—with more time with patients, smaller panels, less administrative work, flexible scheduling, and a strong team-based approach.
