Role overview Provide personalized primary care in a collaborative setting with lower panel sizes and longer visits to support meaningful patient interactions. Reduced administrative burden to allow greater clinical focus. Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Use modern technology and integrated care delivery within a team-based structure. Compensation & benefits Salary range: $135,000-$290,000 (dependent on experience and role). Sign-on bonus. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Company-paid short-term disability. Optional pet insurance. 401(k) with employer match after one year. Additional benefits based on eligibility. Key qualifications Master's degree required. Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Appropriate state licensure and clinical credentials for Maine. Active, unrestricted DEA license maintained throughout employment. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (CPR/ACLS or online-only BLS not accepted).
