We are seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as Lead Provider in Waterville, ME. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced APP who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered urgent care while mentoring clinical staff and promoting a collaborative, efficient, and safety-focused team culture.

Position overview:

Provide comprehensive urgent care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced ambulatory setting Serve as the clinical leader for on-site clinical staff, ensuring consistent, evidence-based practice Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals; provide precepting and professional development Maintain high clinical standards, uphold regulatory and protocol compliance, and drive continuous quality improvement Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that prioritizes patient outcomes and operational efficiency

Requirements:
