This is an opportunity to help shape a growing clinic focused on respectful, individualized care and long-term recovery. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations, including medical and substance use histories. DevelopDevelop and monitor individualized treatment plans. Provide medication treatment for opioid use disorder, including buprenorphine, whenwithin applicable licensing and prescribing requirements. Monitor treatment response, review laboratory results, and coordinate follow-up care. Educate patients about medications, treatment options, and recovery. Collaborate with social workers, the physician, and other team members. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation. Recognize when patients need emergency care or a higher level of treatment. Follow applicable patient confidentiality and prescribing requirements. Qualifications Active Michigan RN license and Nurse Practitioner specialty certification. Current national Nurse Practitioner certification appropriate to the patient population. CurrentActive DEA registration, or ability to obtain it before prescribing controlled substances. Experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, or medication treatment for opioid use disorder preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
