Nurse Practitioner - Part-Time (1 Day/Week) Looking to Pick Up Extra Hours? Earn an Estimated $15,000 - $20,000 Annually! We're seeking a Michigan-licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our care management team serving skilled nursing facilities on Detroit's south side. This is an ideal opportunity for an NP looking to add a consistent weekday to their schedule while maintaining autonomy and a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive assessments to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Document patient encounters using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
